"Growing up in Key West, FL. provided a lot of inspiration for me as an artist; especially the sea and sky."
While living in Key West, Cynthia studied various mediums and won awards for works in acrylic and mixed media in local and regional shows.
"Later, when I decided to explore photography, I knew it was exactly how I wanted to express myself artistically."
"Experimenting with combinations of various imaging and processing techniques allows me to fuse the realism of the moment with my own personal vision. Communicating photographically is a rewarding process."
I thank God, the ultimate Creator and Artist, for the opportunity to do this.
My biggest inspirations are the breathtaking landscapes and skies He paints for us daily.
"The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof..." Psalm 24:1
It is my desire to draw the viewer into the picture in a way that makes them see the scene with perspective and emotion that they would not see otherwise.
I love the way color can affect your emotions and your senses, and
I love the drama of black and white.
It's about the joy of creating. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
